Here Goes Nothing

Alrighty!  The countdown has begun.

I drank the magnesium of citrate...not as bad of a "clean out" as I thought it would be.  I guess I didn't tick off Montezuma as much as I thought I had.  Now, after showering, I get to use these new Prep Check preoperative skin preparation cloths.  They come with explicit instructions and a sticker that I have to affix to a piece of paper, along with the sticker that I will affix in the morning, that I will hand the nurse in the morning.  Oh joy!  They were explained to us in our pre-op class that our skin will feel sticky after use, and that is a good thing.  Really?  Ok.

Tomorrow morning, I go in for my Gastric Bypass surgery around 9:30a.  I ask that you please shine your light in  my direction tomorrow as I embark on this new journey.  I am EXCITED!!!

Seriously!

"The fight against terror goes on, but tonight America has sent an unmistakable message: No matter how long it takes, justice will be done."
